We offer a range of in-house professional jewellery repair services. Our experienced Jeweller can repair and restore your precious jewellery to bring your pieces back to life and offer advice on how best to take care of your jewellery.

  • Ring Resizing

    We can resize most types of rings from plain bands to those with stones set. We cater for most metal types, including silver, gold and platinum.


    Rings can be resized up and down multiple sizes.


    White gold resizing comes with a complimentary clean, polish and rhodium plating.


    How long will it take to resize my ring?


    Our ring resizing service is normally completed on the same day and where possible we aim to complete resizing in one hour.


    How are rings resized?


    The way that your ring is resized will depend on how many sizes you need it to be increased or decreased by.


    Rings which need to be resized several sizes bigger are cut and extra metal is applied, before shaping. Rings which are made smaller are cut and then resized.


    What is the cost to get my ring resized?


    Our pricing for resizing is from £10 depending on metal type and whether your ring needs to be resized up or down.


  • Chain, Bracelet, Earring & Ring Repairs


    Everyday wear and tear can mean your jewellery needing some professional attention. We can repair broken chains, repair/replace catches, solder charms and repair broken rings and earrings.


    Our professional in-house jewellery repair service can restore your jewellery to their former glory.

    Our pricing for chain repair is from £8 depending on metal type.

  • Claw Re-tipping


    Over time the claws that support the stone or stones in your ring can become damaged or worn down. When this happens the stone or stones in your ring are at risk of falling out and you could lose them.


    Our claw re-tipping service will build up the claws on your jewellery to make the stones secure and improve the overall look of the ring, opposed to replacing a missing stone which could be costly.


  • Replacement Stones


    Stones can sometimes be lost when jewellery becomes worn or damaged. We will source and match stones to the nearest match and set them.


    We have a range of stones in stock, however if we do not have a stone in the appropriate shape, dimensions or colour we will acquire the perfect diamond or gemstone to suit your requirements.

    Day to day activities can take its toll on your jewellery and make it look dull. In particular jewellery containing stones can need cleaning because dirt gets caught around the stone and it can be difficult to remove yourself. Jewellery can also get scratched and scuffed from everyday wear, but our professional jewellery clean and polish service can be buffed back to a smooth shine.

  • Rhodium Plating


    Overtime white gold jewellery becomes dull due to everyday activities. Rhodium plating is a highly effective way to make your white gold jewellery sparkle again. Rings are intensively cleaned before dipping in a white gold rhodium finish for a brilliant white shine, using the following process:


    • Ultrasonic cleaner – removes dirt from stone set jewellery

    • Buffing – polishes out surface scratches

    • Steam clean – high precision steam cleaner to bring out the sparkle in your diamonds and other previous stones


    How much will it cost to rhodium plate my ring?


    Our pricing for professional rhodium plating are £20 per ring. 


    How long will it take to clean, polish and rhodium plate my jewellery?


    Our Jewellery clean, polish and rhodium plating service will be completed on the same day, however we aim to complete this service in one hour.


    How long will rhodium plating last on my ring?


    This depends on how often you wear jewellery. The rhodium plating will wear away with contact and exposure to elements such as the oils on your skins, washing up liquid, soaps and creams. We recommend that you remove your jewellery when bathing or housework to protect your rings.

  • Replacement Watch Batteries


    You can get your watch battery replaced while you wait, from £4. We replace batteries in most watch brands and our prices are not based on the brand of your watch.


    We use good quality Swiss Renata batteries because they are reliable and they are the battery of choice for premier swiss watch brands.


  • Adjusting Watch Straps


    We can add or remove links from your watch strap for £5.50.

  • Replacement Watch Straps


    We have a wide range of watch straps available in-store in various sizes and materials, starting from £5.95.


    If you cannot find what you are looking for, we will try our best to help you find a suitable alternative.

  • Quartz Watch Repairs


    Your watch needs regular maintenance to keep it working at its best. We offer a range of services for quartz watch repairs such as:


    • Replacement broken or chipped glass
